The contrast in this wave print is way stronger than I expected from the photos, those deep blacks against the pale gray foam really pop. It's hanging in my bathroom and the monochrome palette keeps it calm instead of busy.
I hung this above my desk and the motion in that wave is almost hypnotic — you can practically hear it crashing. The bold black and gray contrast keeps it feeling crisp and modern rather than cheesy.
Hung this above my reading chair and the gray tones actually shift depending on the light, which I didn't expect from a print. The paper has a nice weight to it and the wave looks like it's mid-crash without feeling busy. Exactly the calm, moody piece my bare wall needed.
