The little sink actually holds water, which I wasn't expecting at this price. My son "washes" his play dishes in it for ages while I cook dinner nearby. The wood feels solid enough that I think it'll survive both my kids.

My daughter spends almost an hour "cooking" at this thing every afternoon, and the knobs actually turn with a satisfying little click. The wood is smooth with no rough edges, which I checked carefully since she's still little. Worth every penny.

The mixing bowl is a nice size for little hands, though the included wooden utensils could be sturdier. My daughter loves pretending to bake alongside me.
