The organic cotton feels noticeably denser than the cheaper knit blankets we had before, and it's held its shape through tumble drying on low. My toddler drags it around all day, so the fact that there's zero synthetic fiber in it matters to me.
I've washed this blanket at least a dozen times and the organic cotton knit still hasn't pilled or lost its shape. It's warm without being heavy, which is perfect for layering over my toddler at nap time.
