The 48-inch surface is way bigger than I pictured, so both kids can spread out with blocks and puzzles without elbowing each other. Assembly took me about 30 minutes and the chairs feel solid when my 5-year-old climbs all over them.
Wasn't sure a wooden set would survive my twins, but this thing is solid and the surface has held up through daily marker and playdough sessions. They both fit at it together without elbowing each other, which honestly never happens. Wipes clean in seconds too.
The 48-inch size is perfect for my two kids to spread out with puzzles and still have room for a friend. Assembly took me maybe half an hour and the chairs feel sturdy enough for everyday climbing.
