Demi-douzaine d'œufs

My toddler loves cracking these wooden eggs open for pretend breakfast—the laser-engraved carton makes it feel like a real dozen.

These feel way more solid than the plastic eggs we had before, and the smooth edges mean I don't worry when my son chews on one. The little wooden crate keeps all six together, which somehow makes clean-up easier too.

My toddler has been cracking these into her little frying pan all week, and the smooth edges mean I don't have to hover. The engraved crate keeps all six together, which is more than I can say for her other play food.
